Our sessions are open to 6-17 year old young folk and we encourage parents/guardians to be present. Qualified coaches will build skills in bike handling and group riding usually in 3 groups (4 if high numbers):
Beginners: children that can ride without stabilisers. Any safe bike with a freewheel (we can’t support fixed wheel bikes).
Intermediate: more advanced skills and ultimately ready to start to race if they wish. Any bike with a freewheel, but better with dropped handlebars (racing/gravel/cyclocross).
Advanced: suitable for those ready to race. Bikes with dropped handlebars (racing/gravel/cyclocross) and clipless pedals, again no fixed wheel bikes.
