Velodrome Novice opportunities
‘Looking at the numbers currently on booked on the Track session of the 22/11/15 the Novices is already full and a few intermediates but no Advanced riders.Any novices that are interested please book on in the Intermediate Group. We will be running 2 x Novice groups and 1 x Intermediate/advanced Group on the day.
This is usual following an accreditation session and the start of Track League but gives more novices the chance to get on the session.

Mountain Bike Cluster:
The North West area has had preliminary meetings to focus on coaching to improve Mountain Bike skills. Matthew has attended the initial meetings and will explain the projected programme at Monday’s meeting with a view to introducing some specific sessions into our programme. We anticipate more changes to the calendar of MTB specific rides this month.
Christmas Lunch Ride:
We will be eating at Roots Café (PR4 0JB) at 12midday on Saturday 12/12. Easy date and time to remember! The menu will be a Turkey Dinner/mince pie/tea or coffee. This is ‘a heads up’-subject to Monday meeting approval- but expect a cost of £14.95 per adult. A smaller meal will be available for younger riders.RVJ juniors FOC.
We need confirmed numbers by 7/12/2015.
We anticipate riding there from various points -dependant on prevailing weather and graded to rider ability. Details to be confirmed including payment of deposits!
RVJ Kit:
For those who have ordered new kit it is due to arrive next week ETA 13/11/2015.
The next ordering window will probably be late January.
