MTB Coaching 21st Nov 2015 and MTB Cluster

Through the summer there have been some meetings within the NW to establish a mountain bike “cluster” with the aim of improving the technical skills of young riders that will hopefully compete at inter regional level and above.

The date of the first cluster coaching session is 5th December at Lee Quarry, Bacup.

As preparation for this we will be putting on a club MTB coaching session at school on Saturday 21st November at 10am.

Below is an extract from notes made at the meeting in October.

The following notes and comments are a representation of discussions from the meeting of the group.  No official minutes were recorded – please contact Karen if you believe additional details are relevant.

In addition to the discussions – the group had a practical session, creating and trying out activities for MTB which could be used in the club setting – there is video evidence and photographs … not sure you are ready for that!
